We are excited to have our next game night right around the corner. We will wear masks except when seated and eating, and we will do our best to stay apart while still having fun playing games together. Bring your favorite game and/or a drink or snack to share. If you don’t like games, come for the fellowship (and free pizza)!

The new church directory is almost ready for printing! We are excited to have the opportunity to keep the directory up to date going forward as we can make changes any time that are immediately reflected in the online version (accessible to members only). We can also print certain sections as needed to replace the old for anyone maintaining a printed copy. Look for your copy at church in the next few weeks!
Traditionally, our church has held a Christmas Eve service in the evening that ends with candlelight. Beginning last year, we wanted to welcome our neighbors in the community at a time before families gather to celebrate together. We hope you will join us and bring your whole family! We look forward to seeing you at 3pm on December 24th as we focus on the real reason for celebration–Jesus Christ.
We are working on a new online church directory, and we need your picture! If we haven’t taken your picture this fall and you haven’t submitted a current photo, please let us know how we can get that done.
The directory will be available online only to those we send a link to setup an account. However, we will have printed copies available as well. Since we will manage this directory, we will be able to stay up to date with new members and activities. We are excited to get this up and ready!
We look forward each year to having a homecoming of sorts as friends, family, and former members join us to celebrate our anniversary. As in years past, Phil and Rhonda Foley will provide the message in song with service starting at 10am. Masks are required in the building. We will have much of the seating setup to maintain social distancing as well, but there may a section that allows people to sit next to one another to accommodate more people. Please come early and choose a seat that fits your comfort level.
At noon, we will gather for a pitch-in meal. The church will provide fried chicken. Sign-up for the meal is in the back, but you can also let Pastor Rick or Pastor Brian know what you will be bringing. There will be plenty of food for anyone who can attend with or without bringing a dish. For safety, we will have volunteers serving the food with gloves and masks so that the serving utensils are not shared. We will also space out the tables as best we can including some outside, weather permitting. We certainly understand that some may choose to skip this year’s dinner, though, due to concern over spreading or contracting COVID-19.
As of this writing (7/22/20), we continue to have more people joining us inside each week. Thank you for wearing your masks while inside. It is allowing many who are vulnerable or care for someone who is to be together in worship.
We are still broadcasting on radio to the parking lot as well as live video on Facebook, so please feel free to join us any way you can!
Tomorrow (5/17) we will hold our first indoor service since March 22nd. For those coming inside, please wear a mask and follow social distancing recommendations. In order to stay 6 feet apart, every other pew is blocked off, but we will setup chairs in the foyer if needed. While we are doing everything we can to keep each other safe, we understand that some are not comfortable coming inside yet. We will continue to live stream on Facebook as well as broadcast on your car radio if you want to come and park next to the building to listen.
