We will host Drive Thru Prayer events on the last Saturday of each month until September from 10am-noon. We encourage anyone to stop by during this time, but you don’t have to wait until then! Come see us any Sunday morning, and we’ll be glad to pray with you. The doors are open by 9am. Just come to the fellowship room and ask anyone you find there. Worship service begins at 10am on Sundays.

We hope you will join us for a special remembrance on Friday, April 3rd at 6pm. This service will focus on the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Any and all are welcome.

Our quarterly Hymn Sing on Sunday, March 8th at 4pm is open to anyone. We usually have people from about 5-7 different churches come together, but we would love to fill the room with people praising God with singing. We spend an hour together singing your favorite hymns chosen by calling on those in attendance as we go along. Plan to join us and bring a friend!

Host: The Church by the Side of the Road

10323 E County Road 100 S; Avon, IN (The entrance is just to the west of the building. The church is only accessible by coming from the west, requiring a u-turn if coming from the east.)

We hope you will join us for a special remembrance on Friday, April 18th at 6pm. This service will focus on the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Any and all are welcome.

Join us Dec. 24^th at 3pm for a celebration of the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ.  We will have special scripture readings and songs along with a brief message and communion, ending in candlelight.  This is a great opportunity to invite family, friends, and neighbors to church.

The journey of grief is a painful process, and you do not need to walk it alone. Often it can take years to fully recover. The Church by the Side of the Road will host GriefShare, a special seminar and support group for those in the grieving process. The group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6-7:30pm for 11 weeks beginning October 2nd. The participant workbook costs $20, which we ask participants to pay for, but scholarships are available to cover that cost upon request. We will open our fall pumpkin patch on Friday, October 11th. Proceeds will go toward ministry–50% at the church, 25% to Life Centers, and 25% to Sheltering Wings. Stop by Monday-Friday, 1pm-7pm and Saturdays, 12pm-7pm. On Saturday, October 19th, join us for our Fall Festival with food, games, treats, and a bounce house for the kids. Our last day will be Saturday, October 26th. Plan on getting your pumpkins from us, courtesy of Beasley’s Orchard.

This year from March through October we will host Drive Thru Prayer on the 4th Saturday of each month from 10am-noon. We encourage anyone–no matter how close or far from God you may feel–to stop by and let us pray with you. Psalm 34:17-18 (CSB) says, “The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and rescues them from all their troubles. The Lord is near the brokenhearted; he saves those crushed in spirit.”
